Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. Shipping is free with purchase of $100+. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a live tracking link so you can follow your order each step of the way.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.

Returns

We want you to be 100% delighted with your wagon and any accessories. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer you a refund. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, original packaging, and contents (including instruction manuals, warranty cards, and wrappings).

To start a return, simply contact us at support@myjoey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There's no restocking fee for returns; however, please note all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide returns labels. 

To request a return slip, email support@myjoey.com with your order number and we'll help you place your return. Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus shipping fees, unless the item was faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at support@myjoey.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
