Care & Use
How do I attach and detach the wagon seat?
Watch our how-to video here!
How do I clean the wagon?
Your wagon is designed to withstand whatever life throws your way. The entire wagon can be spot cleaned as needed (frame, seat, canopy, storage basket, and footwell). We recommend using warm water and some mild soap on a soft cloth or sponge. Gently rub any sticky spots in circular motions to clean, then wipe away residue and dry to finish.
Pro tip: For those very extra messes, wipe away the dirt and grime with magic eraser sponges.
Q: Can I get my wagon repaired?
A: Of course! If you need a tune-up or a replacement part, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your Joey Wagon is covered under warranty. Your Joey Wagon is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase, under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
You can register your wagon by completing and mailing the Registration Card that was included with your product, or you can register online here.
